EZ TV Release 8.0.9 - Critical Hot Fix Stats Receiver Service

This critical hotfix resolves a memory leak defect in the EZ TV Endpoint Status Receiver Service.
Instructions
============
*** Apply on an existing EZ TV 8.0.9.117 or higher Server instance or, in the case of a new installation, after completing the installtion of CD2 setup ***
1. Stop EZ TV Cluster Manager Service
2. Stop EZ TV Endpoint Status Receiver Service
3. Backup DLL + PDB (*** outside *** of VITEC directory)
(*) Vitec.DSS.Microservices.StatsReceiver.Logic.dll
(*) Vitec.DSS.Microservices.StatsReceiver.Logic.pdb
4. Replace the above files with corresponding DLL + PDB from patch
5. Start EZ TV Cluster Manager Service
6. Start EZ TV Endpoint Status Receiver Service
